How to prepare the soup?

To prepare this soup you just need to follow the following steps:
  1. Add the chicken stocks and cubes into a pot and heat it for 8 to 10 mins.
  2. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrots, green chilies, pepper, and onions in the pot and mix all these ingredients thoroughly. Reduce the flame and then cook it gently for almost 10 mins.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in water and then add this mixture in the pot. Stir it until the consistency of the liquid becomes thick.
  4. Beat the eggs and then add them to the soup.
  5. Garnish it with chopped green onions and cilantro.
